Bobby and Bubby BFF!
One day Bobby was swimming and got separated from his mom. So he was calling her with his loud horn-like sound. His mom came quickly toward him when she heard the call. At the same time Bubby came along after Bobby’s mom and Bubby and Bobby became BFFs (best friends forever). Bobby and Bubby the whales are endangered that means that they are at risk of dying out. Both Bobby and Bubby are Blue Whales, one of the 84 different kinds. There are a little less than a million whales left. Bobby and Bubby are one of the most endangered. Bobby and Bubby live in the Southern Ocean with their friends and family. Blue Whales are one of the largest mammals. The Blue Whale can be up to 33 meters long! That’s 110 feet long! One day a huge wave swept away Bubby. So Bobby was all alone and scared too, because whales don’t like to be alone. So once again Bobby called and Bubby answered and they were back together again. So Bobby came up with this idea to play a game of chase. They had a really fun time playing chase. Chase is a game that boy whales play all the time. But they got so tired and out of breath they had to go up to the surface of the water to get air. Whales get their air through a hole in the top of their head. That hole is called a blow hole.
