QUESTION: How can I be a better Web site investigator?

ANSWER: Being a good Web site investigator means you know the clues! The clues tell you if you have found a good Web site or one that needs improvement. One clue is checking to see if the information is true.  A good Web site also gives you a way to contact the author. That's another clue!
